hey Joe! any references or tips for improving my barbell squat with having really flat feet and overall feet pronation? I have followed general guidelines to try and correct it but I still have a very hard time even finding a comfortable squat width to use and never feel stable in my feet while torquing and maintaining a tiny arch.

I follow them! They are amazing!! Thats actually where I’ve been getting some info to work on my squat and foot control. Thanks a ton Joe, this app is worth a fortune.
