I think the main reason as you said in not having access to a fully equiped gym like all of us used to.During training for sure i get decent/good pumps but somes times weights feel super heavy,joints hurt and can’t really feel the muscles.But most of the s no during training i don’t have my muscles go flat.But for the rest of the day and especially before going to bed the tissue lacks fullness and hardness.I don’t know i hope i hoped this helped you a bit
