I love the new program for Terrence’s 2021 prep. I love the idea of the reverse pull and push days and the ability to add some exercises I wouldn’t normally do ..I just had a quick question. I know in the intro video, Joe you said it was a three on two on for a five day a week program…my question is are you starting the new week with legs or going back to the first push day? Example..pull push lower..off…reverse pull reverse push off back to legs or starting with pull again..
