Joe,what is your opinion on food combining and eating order?
Can i mix food based on my digestion or do you think there is more into it.Because i have done my research but can’t seem to find i answer that i trully support on my behaf
and in terms of eating order do you advice eating foods at their rate of digestion for example protein first,carbs seconds etc or do you think that doesn’t matter?
And also what is your opinion on combining fats and carbs in order to meet daily macro target and what do you think about fat in the post workout meal?

Thank you so much Joe, hearing it from someone like you just make me more relieved about my choices rather than reading in on the internet,because from what i have seen some people say on the internet is that combining fats and carbs will go straight into fat stores but i didn’t believed it so that is why i asked you.Again thank you so much and also really liking the audio response
