To get right to it. I’m going higher carb, low fat (53g) Marcos at the moment. Losing weight steadily and pleased with the progress of about -0.4kg a week. However I’ve noticed I’ve had explosive wet shits since keeping my foods much more simple. Is this a fibre thing? I’m having about 2 portions of veg a day, across 3 meals and 1 snack style meal.
Bryce is right on as usual. The only other thing I thought of is that if you have changed or added new foods into your diet maybe you have a sensitivity to one of the new foods. Less likely than what Bryce said, though.
