Just some questions about weighting food
Sometimes i really manage to weight my food that needs to be measured raw(rice,meat) but sometimes because i am not always responsible about my cooking my own food,i am forced to measure some foods cooked(meat,rice,potato,fish).Althought i am able to find nutritional info about the foods i want to track,i can’t really seem to trust it
So in terms of that do you have any strategy i can incorporate if i am not able to measure it raw?Or it is ok being little off with the calories of the food?
Also what is your opinion on tracking meat from the butcher rather from a store?
