Are there any foods that you’d recommend eating? I dont know maybe certain fats or a specific type of carb etc. And what do you think about dairy products such as cheese and yoghurt? Some people seem to get inflammation in the body if they consume too much dairy. At some point I used to get acne when I was consuming a lot of cheese and cows milk. At the moment I only use 0% Fat yoghurt dairy free milk like almond milk etc.
Also, are there any supplements you’d recommend for joints? I seem to be getting a lot of elbow pains especially when training biceps even though my form looks good (from my pov) and I don’t lift crazy weights. When it comes to training biceps I try to focus on controlling the weight on the eccentric; however, at the moment my left elbow hurts whenever I do barbell or dumbell curls (or Hammer curls)
