Hello, just looking for some advice. about a month and a half ago I dropped a barbell on my left foot at work… this caused a large traumatic hematoma(blood vessel burst under my skin). It has taken a little over a month but the bump and inflammation has pretty much disappeared. I am getting back to training my legs and bearing a decent amount of weight on my foot but I’m feeling very unstable in my left leg. I tend to sort of cave my knee in on some heavier lifts. I feel it is due to limited ankle mobility from keeping off this foot for so long but I’m not too sure. This is the first “injury” I’ve had to deal with in 4 years and was just looking on some advice on some steps I can start to take strengthen my ankle/ foot if you got any it’s never something I’ve had to think about before. Or anything else u might add. Thanks joe!
