    Thanks very much for the reply, it’s a great split, and I shall add some arm work on off days.

    @brycebahm thanks for the input. I continually feel like I am getting better overall work in a full body or push/pull hybrid. As far as for total Hypertrophy and size gain is Doing the FB 2.0 still good and if so can you rotate between A&B continually with one day always in between? Thanks
