hii joe, here in israel covid 19 hit again so i’m training at home.

you said that there are 3 main ways to produce force- load, fatigue and slower reps (not deliberately).

so, load i understand, but- fatigue… what can i do for get it delibertaly?

it’s sounds funny, i know, but you mean fatigue as outcome of what?

    how “right” fatigue looks like?

slower reps- except last reps of working sets, the goal is to get there, less importent the way? (half way up in squats, pauses, etc…)?

sorry about my english, it’s not my main language… better than your hebrew i guess:)

    thanks a lot again:)
