I’m Currently looking to add some forearm training as accessory work and wanted to get some opinions of Forearm Grips/Grippers.
Has anyone ever used them and seen results from them/are they worth the money?
I’ve added additional exercises for when I’m in the gym, but debating whether to get some grips so I can do some extra work when at home.
Would these be something that I could use each evening? Or is that overkill? As I’ve never really trained forearms before, I have no idea about the ideal frequency etc.
