Been getting a lot of forearm pain/tendinitis especially during reverse pull or pull day.
Any suggestions to help eleviate or ease ?
You can try using wrist wraps on pull days and use them for most exercises such as lat pull down or any rows etc. ,(most people think that wraps are used for deadlifts only) this will get your grip (forearm) out so it wont hurt
