Good evening Joe and everyone else here! I’m a new subscriber and all i can say is that the app is pure GOLD. To the matter at hands now (pun intended). I searched but didn’t find any forearm pump-work/workout and i’m curious what would you propose to a trainee concerning that muscle group. I find that it’s my weakest point since in all of my excercises involved it’s the first one to get smashed and i think it doesn’t help me progress accordingly. And to answer before, yes i do have straps which i use only on my working sets in order to help me do the lift, but at the same time help my forearms grow stronger since i don’t use them on the rest of the excercises.
