im 25 have been training for 2-3 years added around 15 kg to the scale with around 15% body fat. 85 kg. have been here for the last 6 months trying to get bigger but i feel i have plateaued.
so i have two questions here
1) when i bench press for example my training partner always points out that left elbow flares out and right one is tucked. ive tried hard to fix this by using just the bar, but everytime i set up its the same. or ill over compensate and the right one will flare. i feel its got something to do with shoulder blade issues so ive been seeing a physio to fix it. the question is how much can this actually effect my gains in the gym and weight on the bar. is this the reason i have plateaued simply because my form is off ? same as incline press. i guess its getting really frustrating.
second question
if the goal is to get bigger and stronger is cutting from 15-17 % down to 8 % really necessary or could i hypothetically keep getting bigger and stronger and add another 5-10 kg and then cut ?
