I’m doing the powerbuilder program and on the pull day the mentioned exercise is a superset with rope pullover. The dumbbell swap is ok but was wondering what else would be “hypertrophy coach approved”?
I’m training from my home I don’t have access to a similar machine but have a dual Adjustable pulley station and a Lat pulldown / low row combo with dumbbells, benchu and the other basic home gym stuff.
