Hi! I train at home and only have free weights, what’s the best substitute for the wide grip t-bar row on the PPL v.2 programme ?
If you’ve got a Barbell, could give Pendlay Rows a go?
Thanks for that Bryce! I am following the PPL 2.0 programme and I substituted the chest supported dumbbell row in place of the machine chest supported row, so I will go with the barbell row 🙂
