    Hey coach

    If I wanted to prioritize a small body part lets say side delts, would it make more sense to lower the volume per session and just add more sessions where you train that muscle?
    I was thinking maybe hit side delts on 2 push days and maybe the leg day too with a set or two

    Also would it be better to do the same exercise 3 times or do 2 different ones, even though that first exercise has a good profile
