    Hi Joe and Bryce!
    1. Do you recommend to train as frequently as possible if I can recover from previous workouts? I’m not sore, not tired…
    Any guideline of frequency?

    2. I have a beginner trainee, he is brand new at the gym.
    He has very poor recovery abilities (calorie deficit and 4-5 hours of sleep each night).
    He can only train 2 days per week.
    Do you recommend to split like upper-lower, or just stay on full body split?
