I’m a coach looking to continue my knowledge.
Question on frequency of training muscle groups. As someone very strong and someone who truly knows how to train to absolute muscular failure would you say that person stay at 1x week per group or still push frequency? As the studies I see hitting groups more than 1x week isn’t any more beneficial. Or would you rely on your recovery or soreness. Typical for myself I’m normally not sore more than a day or 2.
