Hey Joe, so I train with a buddy sometimes, who no matter what medial delt exercise we try, he just can’t feel any delt, only his traps.
His lateral raises, any variation we may try, look like shit once he approaches that fully shortened delt position. (Elbows sunken in, thumbs turned up).
*Now that I’m typing this out, just thinking that maybe I’ll have him try bottom half lateral
raises (delt lengthened position) with dumbbells or cables on a high incline bench.
Anyways, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks man
