Hey Joe and Bryce!
I Recently had to change gyms and the new one doesn’t have a Hack Squat. Only a weird smith machine (angled), a front squat machine and of course a squat rack.
I’m coming off a rotator cuff injury so I’m trying to avoid external rotation on the free weight squat.
Can the front squat machine be a viable replacement? Should i be facing the pad? Or facing away from the pad? Any other tips for quad focus?
