In the video for knee dominant squat in the antiflamingo program you say you prefer the front squat to the high bar back squat because it allows for more upright torso. But I’m not able to see a clear advantage from that. Isn’t the line of force still the vertical line through the midfoot for both variations and hence the same moment arm if you can fully flex your knees in both cases?
I’d love to see a “vs” youtube video on some freeweight squat variations with your awesome drawings on this topic!!
