Fst 7

    Saw a Chris Beardsley post saying interval training saw best results for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy above aerobic and strength training. Does this add some validity to fst 7 meaning 7 sets of 8-12 with a 30-45 second rest or is typical 20-25 rep or drop sets still optimal for pump.

    You’re right, I was more sore from the fst 7 and if your trying to isolate load from pump work that’s not quite doing it. 👌 Thanks Joe
