So, I’ve always followed a typical bro split of upper/lower. I wanted to try something different so I picked your full body routine. Always going to failure, I thought this was the only way.
Initially before I started I had more questions and concerns. Such as, why the hell would I keep 2-3 RIR, where is the isolation work at the start etc etc.
But man, I’m barely in the program, and so far consciously going 2-3 RIR has given me more insight into understanding and being more mindful of every rep. Its also making my body recover quicker and my lifts are going up quickkkk every session. I’m feeling better, more conditioned and the benefit of full body is that I’m frequently practicing these movements and getting better. Even if I feel my form wasn’t best on a particular exercise, I know I can practice it again in 2-3 days.
I just wanna say, great work, I’ve taken a step back in my training, removed my ego, it thought of myself as an intermediate and learn to have “baby eyes” and go through the process again. I recommend some people in my position to do the same.
