I loaded the program as this is the only way I can see to find out what it contained. Each week only shows 2 workouts per week. Even though the scedule is 4 x per week how does the app approach this? For my 3rd workout of the week (2nd workout A) does it just log it separately or should I see 4 workouts listed in each Week tab?
Same with PPL programs, are these in fact 6 x per week despite showing 3 workouts in each week tab?
