I am on week one, finished only one workout and it shows 50% complete. It only has 3 workouts loaded. I know that I just repeat it but in Mrs. HC program it puts the same workout in again for you to track instead of having to go back and select the work out you already completed again. So I think this program missed adding the repeating rotation. Cuz after 2 workouts it goes into week 2, when it should only be 25% after 1 session not 50%. As week one should have A/B Rotation in week 1 twice.
