Planning to start the full body 2.0 program. Its a 4 day a week program, but only 2 sessions are in the week. Is that because I’m suppose to do all the [Letter]1 exercises first in one session, then the [letter] 2 exercises in the other? ie A1, B1, C1 on monday, then A2, B2 ,C2 on thursday? Or in one session i do all the numbered exercises, and repeat both sessions twice in 1 week?
