    Currently thinking about going into The Full body but with my history of recovery on my biceps I tend to space workouts out to a longer recovery. This being said has anyone ran a continuous Every other day instead of two on/1 off/2 on/2 off

    Full body focker leaves 2-3 reps in reserve for the first four weeks plus doesn’t add a bicep set until week 5. It would probably help you ease into it without feeling beat up.

    I’m only doing full body focker as my first love is bjj. If I wasn’t doing jiu jitsu I’d probably do upper, lower, off, continuous.

    Gotcha! Former college wrestler so just used to full body output in one workout for better or worse I guess.
