Been really enjoying Bryce’s full body program for the last 4 weeks after a month out of gym due to injury.
I also started a fat loss phase when I began the program.
Is it better to keep repeating phase 1 until I finish cutting,
or continue to move through to the more demanding/ intensive phases 2&3?
