    Hey Joe and Bryce
Im thinking about doing the full body A/B or the focker, I used to do ppl for 2 months with focus on the compounds and some isos but thought coming here and trying something diferent and going back to basics my main goal is fatloss, already lost 4kg but got a long road ahead of me yet. Do you reckon the full bodies might be a good start? Slightly lower volume then a ppl and a good way to slowly ramp it up. Also any thoughts on bi/tri/calf/ab work? Or not necesary you reckon? Do u need pics of current body or also not necesary?

Thanks for answering Bryce, I see heel elevated squats, are nike romaloes a heel elevated squat by itself or use the romaloes and a weight beneath it or what do you recommend?

Thanks again Bryce. I got good squat depth since I always squatted (barefoot or on socks) highest was a week ago 90kg. So this FB will hit everything nicely in a lower volume then, 60degree incline bench is the higher variant for a incline chest focussed bench right? Like more front delt focus? So these exercises are also your meat n potatoes? Not like SS or bb.com recommends, barbell bench, pendlay rows, ohp, etc? (Big time fan of those big ones but since my body is lacking and with high bf was wondering if there is a benefit to one or the other, sorry for these many questions)
