Hey joe/bryce!
Im thinking of starting the full body A/B program i was wondering if i could do it with just twice or 3 times a week and still see good results? (i have quite bad recovery haha)
Also any tips on gauging rir? I tend to undershoot or overshoot quite easily and im afraid im either not getting enough stimulus and sometimes i push too hard i have to take more rest than i want to recover. Thanks in advance!
