Morning, first day completed…noticed that every workout is the same over the next 6 weeks with the exception of additional arm and calf work (have I not watched a video somewhere explaining this?)

That’s great Joe…I really do appreciate the thorough reply. Competely makes sense. It was more training the same exercise (eg dumbel flat press) 3 times per week for 6 weeks…but happy to go as prescribed!
