Hey! I just paid the annual membership and think ill start full body focker when my current program is done. I look through the program and have a few questions.
1)must i do it in supersets? Its tough fighting for equipment in a busy commercial gym sometimes
2) is it okay to swap hack squat for barbell squats if it is my preference?

Alright thanks Bryce!! I decided to poke around and found out that I like the Full Body 2.0A/B rotation programming a lot more! Definitely excited to try it.
