Hey! I have started a full body workout. I also do bjj. I probably do 3 bjj, 2 full bodies one week and 2 bjj, 3 full bodies the next. (Because of my work shift pattern)
Because I’m only get 5 full bodies in over a 2 week period, should I be adding more volume to my sessions. Or maybe go straight into phase two?
Any other advice for mixing weights with bjj would be much appreciated.
