    Hi Bryce and joe!

    I’m doing this program and I have some questions:

    1. “as little as possible to produce maximum results”. Honestly, I can do just one set (instead of 3) each exercise and still progress.
    can you explain why you choose 3 sets and what if I can progress weights and reps with less volume?

    2. It’s not black or white answer but, if a beginner can increase the weights very fast, what do you think about doing super sets even with meat and potato exercises instead straight sets?
    Because it can save time, maybe more “fun” and the trainee can progress that way also.
