So my question is just about rir with the full body focker program
So at the moment i do for example 3 set chest and do first set 60 kg x 8 second set 55kg x 10-12 and then I go down to the last set to maybe 40 kg and do like 20 reps
I just wondering if I do this rir correctly or how i should do it.
Also on my 3d week on full body focker program it changed on the top of all exurcises it says 8-12 reps but when I erase the first set it says 6-8 reps so what should I follow in this case should I do the amount of reps it says on each set or just try do make 12 reps on all sets ?
