    I know that A1 & A 2 is a superset which means you do both exercises back 2 back with limited rest but it say rest 2-3 minutes, is that after every set or every exercise
    Exercise 1: Set 1 Rest Set 2 Rest Set 3 Rest Set 4 Rest Exercise 2: Set 1 Rest Set 2 Rest Set 3 Rest Set 4 Rest

    Or

    Exercise 1 Rest 2-3 Exercise 2
