Hey coach, finally was able to join a gym start working out at around 5 AM before work, however the gyms is still packed even at 5AM I have to wait to get a spot on some machines
The program is designed for supersets however so far it isnt applicable as the machines are in different parts of the gym and I cant hold 2 machines for 15-20 minutes while others are waiting.. PS I dont have a training partner to be able to use 2 machines at the same time:D
What do u suggest in this regards? To finish each exercise then move on to the other like incline bench 3 sets then neutral grip pull downs 3 sets? Any tips?
The other thing is some feedback about the app and the program since I saw you asking in one of the threads to notify u if any of the exercise videos is just few seconds…. I noticed this issue with RDL and laying leg curls in the full body foker
Also it would be great if we were able to listen to specific parts of your audio replies.. like advancing the recording to a specific point instead of repeating it all over every time we miss a point
The RDL and the leg curl videos are only 10 sec without explanation about what to and not to do … RDL isnt simple for beginners like me and your valued tips and explanation would help us avoid unnecessary injuries
In regards to the audios, what I meant is that if we could listen to the recording just like any song on YouTube so we can forward and reward the recording, not sure if i was able to get my point through
