Would this be full range lat movement and would it be great to strength curve.
Cable variation lying on inch line bench (one arm) or doing both arms together cables wich are attached close each other and do like circle with your hands.

I did mean other way like up high (above head) to hips. I do get great activation in lats and its lighter at the bottom where lats should be weakest. Correcting that No Low to High.
