Hi apologies if this a stupid question but I’m confused about the set structure for Delts here.

Says two sets at the top of the page but three sets are listed below. (1×6-8; 2×10-12)
Is the first a straight set of 6-8 reps, followed by two drop sets?
Does the drop happen -after- 12 reps have been completed or do you drop the weight -midway- to be able to complete 10-12 total reps.
