So I had my coaching call with Luke Miller the other day to lay out the plan for next year. He suggested I do a 4-8 week cleanup since I’ve been gaining for 14 months now (up 40lbs on the dot) Then get back into a surplus and maximize growth until we would start 24 week prep at the start of April. I won’t actually start working with him till mid-Feb (so he can learn my body pre-prep). Just wanted to hear what you guys think of this! Can’t thank you enough for all the help this past year, still in shock how much I’ve grown. Thank you as always!
