So I’m currently about 8 weeks out from my first show. I’m not sure how to gauge my progress with fat loss, as I’m unsure I’ll be on point for the show. I’ve used skin calipers so far, but they definitely underestimate fat %. So, I’m not sure if at my current pace, I’ll be ready on time. What are some good methods to gauge progress?
