Hi Joe hope you and all yours are keeping well during these strange times!
I know I’m late to the party but I just started reading Charles Poliquins books after hearing so much about him books and was fascinated by the GBC training. Would like to hear your opinion on it. I know individuals are all different but I was wondering if you thought its theory was still effective? “Effective” for who I suppose but more just the principles behind it for novice trainers or people without exogenous Growth Hormone during a fat loss phase?
Apologies if there is a glaringly obvious answer or problem with this.
