Getting locked in

    Hey coaches, just have been struggling with getting locked in for my sets. I don’t know if my rests are too long or just too much lallygagging, but when I go to do a set I don’t feel fully locked in. Currently my only pre workout supps is caffeine either from coffee or now zoa. Could it just be too little of caffeine, or do you think I should invest in a pump pre?
