Hey guys, I did spend some time going through the descriptions of the workouts etc and I think A/B rotation 2.0 is similar to what I am used to and could be where to start but I wanted your opinion based on how I have been training. I tend to think I am on the more proficient side of the spectrum as I played football through college so weightlifting started quite early. The gym I spent time at in high school had a lot of poliquin certified trainers, so I had a lot of exposure to those methods. Can you point me in the right direction? Some workouts seem a lot less rigorous than what I am used to, such as push pull lower 2.0 which I have done a couple days of. Hopefully you can zoom in on the photo I attached.
