Hey! I have a few “problems”. First, I always feel like I don’t train hard enough therefore not getting the max out off the usually 2 sets prescribed even tough I failed at the bottom of the hack a bunch of times hahah. But yeah any tips on how to get that feeling because I see yours and other pros workouts and they literally end up on the floor.
So there goes my second question m. Do you feel like we can get the same stimulus in 2 set just like Terrance or Michaela (best form I’ve ever seen) or would you say I need a little more (of course if I follow everything you say in the circle Rep principle and check the boxes)
