I’m reading glutamine is something that on top of the recovery aspects for training is also great for gut health…would you suggest taking it in the morning as well as post training?
Would something like 5mg for each dosage be sufficient…
Thanks Joe…yeah I I’ve been taking 5g after training but I’m learning that is does have the added guy health benefits and although I don’t think I have any issue why not add it as a preventative measure. Thanks for the response man!
