I’ve always been a weak squatter. Back when I was oly lifting I pulled 550 after not deadlifting for years, meanwhile I still couldn’t front squat 315. Very glute dominant. SSB squats with heels elevated on wedges I can get to the hamstring on calf position no problem, but afterwards I just get tons of glute doms and not much quads.
Does my execution need work? Is this a non-issue? Should I swap it? Just want to bring up my lagging body parts.
