Glute program question

    Hi
    Recently began the Glute building program. On both Glute day and the pull day I have a banded rdl 3 sets 6-8. If I do glutes push rest pull legs rest. I will be doing the banded rdl within days of each other in the same training cycle. Is this ok? Or should I swap out one of the banded rdl for a different exercise ?
