I know that you guys tend to opt for more if a lower set approach, of course taking into account the circle rep principle. And this is purely anecdotal, but it seems like the guys that focus on much higher volumes tend to add size quickly but the muscle seems to have a soft, puffy look to it. Could this be a matter of the muscle holding more glycogen since it’s doing more work and that’s why it blows up but has that soft look? Just wondering if that would be in any way in part to glycogen synthesis as opposed to actual protein synthesis in the muscle in your guys’ opinion.
